IBI Systems (M) Sdn Bhd currently carries two difference ranges of clone products for retail use.

a) ZyXell Microsystems Entry to mid level retail market
b) ZyXell Gold Series High end retail

Our products are suitable for home and office use with high concentration on mid level retail market complete with internet and multimedia applications. IBI is one of the Genuine Intel Dealers (GID) which explains our concern for quality products. Our ZyXell PCs are definitely cheaper than other branded ones but are still assembled with quality components that are reliable such Intel CPU's and Asustek Motherboards. The reason behind this strategy is to reduce the failure/breakdown rate of each PC, making sure that returns are low, thus lowering the rate of involvement with after sales service.
