IBI Systems (M) Sdn Bhd ("IBIS") was established in June 1996 to venture into retail and distribution of personal computers, accessories and peripherals. In November 1996, IBI Systems opened its first flagship outlet by the name of PC Partners (M) Sdn Bhd in Kuantan, Pahang. It was followed by other outlets, two in Kuala Lumpur, Kemaman, Seremban, Batu Pahat, Kluang and a showroom in the Headquarters. Having established these outlets, IBI Systems (M) Sdn Bhd concentrates on the assembly and distribution of personal computers to dealers and our own retail outlets. Central purchasing is practiced to enjoy economical scale and to ensure the best pricing for our clients.

Our in-house brand is "ZyXell Microsystems" utilizing all the quality parts and components from well-known principles, such as Intel, AMD, Quantum, Seagate, Maxtor, Asustek, Gigabyte, Kingston, Apacer, SIS, Triton, Creative, Sony, Philips, Altec Lansing, and many more. In addition, we carry a wide assortment of branded personal computers. The focus is on the total needs of our customers for multimedia and internet applications.

Apart from PC retailing, IBI Systems also assembles OEM PCs for other organizations such as Singer Malaysia, Carrefour, Kopetro and more. The PCs are assembled using their own brand names.

Currently, IBI Systems is one of the authorised principle vendor for POS Malaysia EPF Scheme PC. It distribute an average of more than 1,000 PCs every month to its reseller network nationwide.

In addition, IBI Systems has close liaisons to conduct training programs and introductory courses to basic software and the internet through our PC Partners outlets. The immediate focus is also to set up training centers utilizing a "fresh" concept, an "internet cafe".

The strength of IBI Systems lies in the personal experiences and knowledge of the IBI Group as an institution relying on personal computers for everyday business. This hands-on experience as an end-user is now being passed on to our clients.
