Warranty Coverage

The IBI System's "ZyXell" computer system is precision-made, designed, engineered and manufactured under rigid specifications and exacting conditions of quality control and inspection. It is given a Limited Warranty period of up to 1 YEAR from the date of purchase subject to the following conditions.

1. The attached Warranty Card should be properly filled with all the required information. The Service Copy shall be sent to IBI Systems (M) Sdn Bhd (hereinafter "IBI") within seven days from the date of purchase for registration and validation.
   
   
2. This Warranty shall be null, void and ineffective in the event that any part of the Warranty card has been altered, defaced, erased or in any way tampered with. This Warranty Card is valid only in Malaysia and is not transferable or replaceable for any reason what-so-ever.
   
   
3. Support services under this warranty covers the repair of equipment (Labor Charges) and changes of parts which have failed under normal operation.
   
   
4. IBI and its appointed contractors shall be under no obligation to furnish support services under this Agreement should repair be required because of;
   
   
   1.  Natural disasters such as floods, earthquakes or any act of God.
   2.  Strikes, riots, civil unrest, acts of war or nuclear related disasters.
   3.  Unusual shock, electrical damage, lightning damage, fire or water damage, neglect, air conditioning failure, corrosive atmosphere harmful to electronic circuitry, damage during transportation by the Customer or causes other than ordinary use.
   4. Repairs, maintenance, modification/relocation, defacement or removal of the security seal of the product and any reinstallation made by other than IBI personnel or its contractors without IBI's supervision and prior written consent.
      
      
5. IBI and its appointed contractor's liability under this Agreement shall be limited to replacing or repairing faulty equipment. The Customer's sole and exclusive remedy under this Agreement shall be such replacement and repair. IBI shall not be liable for any special, direct, indirect, incidental or consequential losses or damages out of use of the equipment.
   
   
6. Any defects due to software corruption, computer virus attack, poor quality of other equipment being used, are not covered by this Warranty.
   
   
7. This Warranty will provide free parts and labor for the first year, and only free labor for the second and third year. However, it is only valid for carry-in "IN HOUSE SERVICE".
